 The Crescent Community Health Center is a freestanding, not-for-profit corporation created solely for the purpose of being a Federally Qualified Health Center. The primary populations it serves are individuals and their dependents on Medicaid and Medicare, as well as those who are uninsured and underinsured

 The Finley Hospital, in Dubuque, Iowa, is a community hospital in the Tri-State area, which offers a full-range of medical services from caring and dedicated employees and medical staff.
Medical Associates

Mercy Hospital

Tri-State Independent Physicians Association
 The Tri-State Independent Physicians Association, Inc. (IPA) is a multi-specialty IPA serving patients in northeast Iowa, northwest Illinois and southwest Wisconsin.
Visiting Nurse Association
 Since 1910, the Visiting Nurse Association has worked collaboratively with Dubuque's private and public sectors to reduce the spread of infectious disease, see that infants and children are properly immunized, educate people regarding healthy lifestyles, provide supportive services to elderly in their homes and offer parenting support.

Boys and Girls Club of Greater Dubuque
 The Boys & Girls Club offers programs, services and a safe place for children. Participation at the club enhances the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence.
Community Circle of Care
 Community Circle of Care is a collaboration of the Iowa Department of Human Services, Iowa Child Health Specialty Clinics and the Center for Disabilities and Development offering care coordination, diagnosis, and assessment services to children and youth with emotional and behavioral challenges in Northeast Iowa.
Dubuque Community Y
  The Dubuque Community Y, utilizing Christian principles, creates opportunities for growth, leadership, and empowerment for women, men, and youth by building healthy mind, spirit, and body with emphasis on respect, responsibility, caring, honesty, and the elimination of racism and prejudices.
Four Oaks

Helping Services for Northeast Iowa
 Helping Services supports and promotes the health of children and adults living in Northeast Iowa by focusing resources in the areas of substance abuse, domestic violence, and sexual abuse. The organization offers prevention, intervention support, and advocacy.

 Hillcrest Family Services enhances the lives of children, families and adults in need by teaching skills and providing information and resources.
Hills and Dales
 Hills & Dales provides services to children and young adults with severe and profound mental and physical disabilities.
Horizons- A Family Service Alliance
 Horizons provides meals on wheels home meal delivery, family counseling, credit counseling, child welfare counseling, and iCan remedial services in order to improve the quality of individual and family lives.
Mental Health America of Dubuque County
 Mental Health America of Dubuque County works to enhance the mental health of the Dubuque Community through education, collaboration, advocacy, legislative efforts and the promotion of research
Operation New View
 Operation New View is the local community action agency offering programs to low income families
Project Concern
 Project Concern (PC) is a non-profit social service agency meeting the unmet needs of individuals in Dubuque, Jackson, and Delaware Counties through community collaboration with other social service agencies.
Riverview Center
 Riverview Center provides free, comprehensive sexual assault prevention, intervention, and advocacy services to citizens of Jo Daviess and Carroll counties, Illinois and Buchanan, Delaware and Dubuque counties, Iowa."
St. Mark's Community Center
 St. Mark Community Center is dedicated to providing a wide spectrum of educational, cultural, and social programs and services to Dubuque's children and families.

Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque
 A community foundation is a tax-exempt public charity created by and for the people in a local area. It enables people with philanthropic interests to easily and effectively support the issues they care about - immediately or through their will or estate plan. From the environment and healthcare, to education and the arts, the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque makes grants to the organizations that are working every day to enrich the greater Dubuque area, now and for the future.
Dubuque Area Labor Management
 The Dubuque Area Labor-Management Council is an educational organization that assists employers with maintaining a labor-management environment which is conducive to industrial retention and attraction. The council also provides a forum to improve and expand union/employer cooperation in the private and public sectors and creates a more positive image of labor-management relations in the community.
Dubuque County Empowerment
 The Dubuque County Empowerment Board builds public commitment and works collaboratively with the community and families to develop an early childhood system with high quality child care, education, health care, and services for all children birth to age 5 and their families in Dubuque County.
Dubuque County Extension
 Dubuque County ISU Extension offers information, facilitation and programming regarding a range of topics related to families. Topics range from child to elderly care issues, from addressing stress to poverty, and from kindermusik to computers.
Dubuque County Safe Youth Coalition
 Dubuque County Safe Youth Coalition strengthens the collaboration between communities by offering positive opportunities for all adults to rally behind our youth in reducing substance abuse. It provides a safe and healthy environment where youth can participate in programs aimed to stress the importance of abstaining from use of tobacco, alcohol and drugs.
Dubuque Racing Association
 The Dubuque Racing Association is a nonprofit corporation that operates Mystique in Dubuque, Iowa. It is dedicated to improving the community, contributing to the growth of the city and providing DRAmatic results!
Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa & Western Illinois
 Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa & Western Illinois impacts over 20,000 girls and 5,000 adults in 38 counties. Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
Greater Dubuque Development Corporation
 Greater Dubuque Development meets the economic development needs of the community through Business Retention & Expansion; Workforce Development: Recruitment & Retention; New Business Recruitment; and Retail Expansion.
Northeast Iowa Council, Boy Scouts of America
 The purpose of the Boy Scouts of America is to provide an educational program for boys and young adults to build character, to train in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and to develop personal fitness.
YAPPERS
 The YAPPERS is a youth board made up of members of the three city high schools. They meet to engage in teambuiding and leadership activities, to discuss local youth issues and to plan events and service projects throughout the community.
