The Needs in Our Community
Many children in Dubuque and Dubuque County live in comfortable homes, have loving families and receive the care they need to thrive. But many children, ages 0 to 20, don’t receive any of the Five Promises, or only one or more of the Promises.
In 2007 and 2008, Dubuque was named one of the 100 Best Communities for Young People. This honor speaks highly of our community, but we cannot sit back and stop working for ways to make our community an even better place for our children.
