Dubuque County Youth Master Plan
Every Child/Every Promise supports a coordinated, collaborative approach across sectors to help our youth succeed. Beginning in 2006, Every Child/Every Promise, in partnership with the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque, hosted community events to define and measure the service gaps in our community. After publishing the 2008 Growth Chart, we facilitated a process to gather stakeholder input. In 2009, this valuable feedback was synthesized into the 2009 Youth Master Plan, a blueprint for our community to work together, draw in more resources, and create positive outcomes for children, youth, and families.
Each of the indicators in the 2011 Youth Indicator Report is tied to the priority areas of the Youth Master Plan—connecting our plans and priorities with measureable outcomes.
